Bastrop's Downtown Wineries, Breweries & Distilleries

Park at The Crossing or alone Main Street to begin your tour of Bastrop's downtown wineries, breweries and distilleries.

 

Your first stop is the Iron Bridge Ice House. Sit with your friends, have a drink, and enjoy the view of the Colorado River.

Next, head to Main Street to stop by Cripple Creek Wine & Gifts. Sample wine as you shop. In addition to a wide variety of Texas wines, you'll find gourmet coffee, fun gifts, art and collectibles.

The Colorado River Winery is on Chestnut Street, just behind Old Town Restaurant and Bar. The Colorado River Winery offers a rotating collection of small batch wines in their Tuscan-style tasting room. Relax while you sip and swirl delicious Texas wines. You will feel right at ease in their warm and inviting historic building, charming with its exposed brick walls and historic accents. If you love what you taste you can purchase bottles or even join their special wine club!

Hungry? Dine at The 602 Brewery Co. Restaurant & Beer Garden where you can enjoy good food and drink and explore the Louis Eilers Building, built after 1862.

The next top on your tour is the Copper Shop Distillery, is located east of Pine Street on Main. Copper Shot Distillery handcrafts all of their American distilled spirits on-site and in small batches. You'll taste the quality of flavors in each delicious batch of liquor.
